My ex took this photo of a homeless man in Studio City today. He was sleeping next to his only belonging, a David Bowie ‘Heroes’ record. Such an interesting shot. This guy loves Bowie almost as much as I do.
Me, if I were homeless.
This just hit me hard.
You’ve been asked that question at least once before: “If you could take at least one thing to a deserted island, what would it be?”
This man’s on his island right now, and with him is that copy of Bowie’s “Heroes”.
This is absolute dedication right here. This man probably wouldn’t care if he died of hunger or thirst. As long as he has that record, he’d probably feel o.k.
